Abstract

Abstract Immunochemistry has sought for many years to understand the exact chemical nature of an antigenic determinant and to know how it reacts with the extraordinarily complex and heterogeneous population of immunoglobulin molecules that possess regions complementary to it, e.g., antibody combining sites.
