Direct Production of Hydrogen Peroxide from H2 and O2 over Highly Dispersed Au catalysts

Abstract

Abstract Highly dispersed Au catalysts were active for the direct formation of H2O2 form H2 and O2. Especially, the rate of H2O2 production greatly increased when Au nanoparticles were deposited onto SiO2, MCM-41 and active carbon supports.
