Abstract
Abstract A high-pressure FTIR spectroscopy was used to make an in situ study on the Diels–Alder reaction of isoprene and maleic anhydride catalyzed with aluminum chloride in supercritical carbon dioxide at 306 K and 7.45 and 7.85 MPa, suggesting a two-step mechanism and showing a pressure effect.
