Texture, Stress, and Microstructure (311)
Abstract
The choice of the particular angular parameters (Ψ, ω, ζ) used in the vector method of texture analysis is justified and the relstionships for expressing any ideal orientation (Ψ, ω, ζ) in terms of (hkl) [uvw] and vice versa are given. Examples of orientation distribution are presented with constant sections of each of the three angular parameters.
