Abstract
Reactions between silver(1) salts and poly(pyrazolyl)borate anions in the presence of donor ligands have given 21 complexes of general formula AgL(RnBH4-n) [L = PPh3, P(c6H4Me)3, P(OMe)3, P(OPh)3, AsPh3, SbPh3, o - C6H4( AsMe2)2 or ButNC; RnBH4-n = HB(pz)3, HB(Me2pz)3 orB(pz)4], and [Ag(HBR3)]2(dppe) (R = PZ or Me2pz) and {[Ag(HBR3)](dppm)}n (R = PZ, n = 1 ; R = Me2pz, n = 2). Their possible structures are discussed in the light of various spectroscopicdata obtained for them.
