Abstract
The previous theory of linear reversible creep is extended and permanent (plastic) deformations are taken into consideration. General relations are established between the distribution functions of relaxation times of stress, and retardation times of strain. A particular type of distribution function is considered in detail and it is discussed in a qualitative way how the existence of a plastic component in creep affects the distribution function of relaxation times.
