Preparation of1: A solution of Cu(NO3)2·2.5H2O (0.08 mmol) and H3TZI (0.056 mmol) in 1.5 mL of DMF and 0.5 mL of ethanol was prepared. The solution was then heated to 85 °C for 12 h, and pure blue crystals were obtained. FT-IR (4000−600 cm-1): 3386(br), 3109(br), 2350(m), 1653(s), 1600(m), 1485(m), 1431(s), 1380(vs), 1248(s), 1100(s), 1057(s), 785(s), 754(s), 727(vs), 657(s), 614(s). Crystal data for1: Cu(C9H3N4O4)0.5(NO3)0.167(O2-)0.167(H2O)3.9: Mr= 48883.2, cubic,Fm3̄m,a= 44.358(8) Å,V= 87280(27) Å3,Z= 192,Dc= 0.93 g/cm3, μ = 1.207 mm-1, finalRindicates (I> 2σ(I)): R1= 0.0787,wR2= 0.1781.
