  41. Least-squares analyses of the Arrhenius plots gives the following equations: y = (0.43)x − 22.9, r2 = 0.954 (HO−) and y = (0.74)x − 24.3, r2 = 0.988 (H2N−). Omission of the lowest temperature points, where the curvature will be greatest, leads to better correlations but only small changes (0.2 kcal mol−1) in the activation energy.
