Abstract

AbstractGa2S3 kristallisiert in zwei Modifikationen; einer α‐Form mit Zinkblendegitter, a = 5,171 Å, die bei tiefen Temperaturen stabil ist, und einer Hochtemperaturmodifikation (β) mit Wurtzitstruktur, a = 3,678 Å; c = 6,016 Å; c/a = 1,636.Die Umwandlungstemperatur liegt zwischen 550 und 600° C.2. Ga2Se3 und Ga2Te3 kristallisieren nur im Zinkblendegitter. Ga2Se3: a = 5,418 Å; Ga2Te3 a = 5,874 Å.3. Es wird eine Übersicht über die bisher bekannten Verbindungen mit Wurtzit bzw. Zinkblendestruktur gegeben.
