Abstract

AbstractDie elektronenmikroskopische Abbildung von Oberflächen hat in den letzten Jahren rasch an Bedeutung gewonnen, nicht nur für das grundsätzliche Verständnis von Oberflächen, sondern vor allem auch in der Materialforschung und in der Mikroelektronik. Im folgenden wird über ein neues Verfahren berichtet, das sich durch außerordentlich hohe Oberflächenempfindlichkeit auszeichnet, mit Strukturbestimmung kombiniert werden kann und eine so rasche Bildaufzeichnung erlaubt, daß sich viele Oberflächenprozesse in Echtzeit erfassen lassen.
