Abstract

AbstractThe propagation rate coefficient in free‐radical bulk polymerization of butyl methacrylate has been studied at temperatures between −10°C and 60°C up to a maximum pressure of 2 000 bar. The data were obtained by means of the PLP‐GPC technique which combines pulsed‐laser polymerization with product analysis by gel‐permeation chromatography.
