Abstract

AbstractRaman spectra were obtained from PdO, Rh2O3 and PdRhO2 thin films formed by oxidizing foil samples. Polarization measurements allow symmetry species assignments to be made for the lines from the corundum phase of Rh2O3 and from PdRhO2, which has a delafossite structure.
