Abstract

AbstractDie Anordnung der Bausteine ist > D‐Glucose > D‐Galaktose > L‐Fucose, Nach partieller Säurehydrolyse ließ sich Lactose isolieren. Die Spaltung des permethylierten Trisaccharids lieferte 2.3.6‐Trimethyl‐D‐glucose, 3.4.6‐Trimethyl‐D‐galaktose und 2.3.4‐Trimethyl‐L‐fucose. Die L‐Fucose ist α‐glykosidisch mit dem Hydroxyl am C‐Atom 2 des Galaktose‐Restes im Milchzucker verknüpft.
