Abstract

AbstractDie Fraktionierung von Substanzgemischen auf Grund von Molekulargewichtsunterschieden ist seit einigen Jahren in Chemie und Biochemie zu einer besonders wichtigen Methode geworden. Es wird ein Überblick über Theorie und Praxis solcher Trennoperationen mit Hilfe poröser Gele gegeben und auf die mannigfaltigen Anwendungsmöglichkeiten der Gele hingewiesen. Im vorliegenden Referat ist die Literatur bis Mitte 1963 berücksichtigt.
