A decrease of ϵDfrom 2.220 to 2.048 was calculated from comparison between the dielectric constant of the initial film (ϵx = ϵy = 2.402 ϵz = 2.429) and that of the porous template (ϵx = ϵy = 2.377 ϵz= 2.385). Then the best fractional combination of air and PMMA was deduced to fit the effective constant of 2.048 using Equation 2.
